Reason for incorrect length

1. The encoder counting wheel is too loose
Solution: Tighten the encoder counting wheel (do not over tighten, too tight can also cause the wire to deform twice)

2. Loose encoder coupling
Solution: Lock the encoder coupling or replace it

3. Encoder counting wheel wear
Solution: Replace the encoder counting wheel
Solution: Measure the roundness of the wire and replace the material
