There are four common problems encountered during the use of the cutting straightening machine, and precautions to be taken when selecting a straightening machine.
1- The common problems and solutions for straightening machines are as follows:
1. Surface scratches on the wire after straightening and cutting:
(1) First, check if there are any scratches on the surface of the wire itself. If there are any scratches, solve the surface quality problem of the wire first.
(2) Check for burrs and sharp angles on the inlet nozzle of the straightening machine.
(3) Whether the wire groove and bottom knife outlet of the wire pressing wheel are smooth and free of burrs and sharp corners.
(4) Straighten the wire groove and check if it is smooth, without burrs or sharp corners.
2. Difficulty in straightening, cutting short materials, and continuous cutting:
(1) Is the machine body and the straightening gun in the same plane or straight line.
(2) Is the position of the front and rear wire groove, straightening block wire groove, knife holder wire mouth, and rear circular wire in the same straight line.
(3) Is the tension spring of the straightening gun too tight, and is the distance between the straightening gun and the straightening machine tool holder too large, generally within 1cm.
(4) Is the upper punch properly attached to the upper knife.
3. Uneven and burrs on the incision:
(1) Remove sharp corners and burrs with a knife and lower blade.
(2) The distance between the upper and lower blades must be tightly fitted, generally within 50CM.
4. Machine noise:
(1) Fix the machine in the designated position.
(2) Check if the fixing screws at both ends of the spindle are tightened.
(3) Is there any damage to the machine body cover.
(4) Is there any damage to the pulley and sprocket shaft.
2- When selecting a cutting and straightening machine, the following precautions should be taken:
1. Is the body made of steel plates bent and welded.
2. The thickness of the material used for the fuselage.
3. Does the power and speed of the motor meet the requirements.
4. Is the size of the straightening shaft reasonable.
