The high-precision straightening machine is mainly suitable for automotive steel pipes, printer pipes, aerospace and other fields, with high product requirements. Straightening machine is specifically used for straightening metal pipes and bars such as seamless steel pipes and aluminum pipes. Its structure consists of a main frame, a seat, gears, shafts, expansion parts, upper and lower roller seats, rollers, and other components. Through the bilateral transmission of electric motors, multi speed reducers, pulleys, and chain wheels, the X-shaped rollers distributed on both sides are pushed forward to complete the straightening of the workpiece.
① When straightening, use the straightening machine with one end facing forward. If the material diameter curvature is too large and there is no feeding rack, 1-3 people should grip the material with their hands (note: grip the material tightly, do not wear gloves) to prevent injury from the end of the material being thrown.
② Cooling liquid needs to be added during straightening, otherwise the material will become hot and affect the outer diameter accuracy and the service life of the straightening roller.
③ When adjusting the roller compression, there should be no material in the middle of the roller.
④ It is strictly prohibited to use this machine to straighten materials that exceed the specifications.
⑤ In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button on both ends of the electrical box or body to stop the machinery.
⑥ During normal shutdown, the operator is responsible for stopping the machine, setting the switch to the zero position, and cutting off the power.
